1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and rbajei ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://rbajei.net. By accessing, registering on, depositing funds into, or placing any wager on rbajei, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the rbajei platform. Continued use of any feature of the platform — including browsing the game lobby, initiating a deposit, or logging in — constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any amendments made to them.

rbajei reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date on this page will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on rbajei, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. rbajei is strictly an adults-only platform. Players under 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, wager, or claim any bonus under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details.
• You must not already hold another active or suspended account on rbajei. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when registering or placing wagers on rbajei.

Identity Verification

rbajei operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, or payment method at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine account review. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Acceptable address documents include a utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued correspondence dated within the last three months.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by rbajei support may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account. Any pending withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rbajei login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify rbajei immediately at [email protected]. rbajei accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on rbajei are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). rbajei supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional banking options may be available from time to time and will be displayed within your account cashier.

Deposits

The minimum deposit on rbajei is ৳200. There is no standard maximum single deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps. Deposits are generally credited to your rbajei account balance instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider. rbajei does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds is an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the associated account reviewed.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount on rbajei is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within one to five business days, subject to successful completion of any applicable KYC verification. Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, as part of our anti-money laundering controls.

rbajei reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, or evidence of the source of funds. Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods not registered in the player's own name.

Balances that have been flagged for review due to suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or Terms violations will be placed on hold pending investigation. rbajei will not be liable for any delay in processing withdrawals that arises from incomplete KYC documentation provided by the player.

4 Bonus & Promotions Policy

rbajei offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, BPL season promotions, Eid offers, and other seasonal campaigns. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. The following general bonus terms apply across all rbajei promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page for each offer. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means the total bonus amount must be wagered ten times in qualifying games before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

Wagers placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer games with low house edge, or specific high-RTP slots — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game category will be specified in the promotion-specific terms.

Bonus Eligibility

• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer only once, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — those registering their first rbajei account. Players who have previously held an account are not eligible for new player bonuses.
• rbajei reserves the right to withhold or reverse any bonus that has been claimed through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, bonus abuse strategies, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Bonus offers may be time-limited. Any unmet wagering requirements that remain after a promotion's expiry date will result in the bonus balance being removed from the account.

Promotional Changes

rbajei reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes changing wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and bonus amounts. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of a change will be notified of any material amendments affecting their active bonus.

5 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the rbajei platform — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, and sports betting markets — are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates under the rules published by its respective provider, and rbajei does not alter the underlying game mechanics or outcome algorithms.

Random Number Generation

All non-live casino games on rbajei use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG outcomes are statistically independent for each game round — past results have no influence on future results. rbajei does not interfere with RNG outputs, and no player or staff member is able to manipulate game outcomes.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on rbajei — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to the rules of the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for domestic Bangladesh competitions). Where a match is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed under standard conditions, bets will be settled in accordance with the official result recognised by the relevant governing body at the time of settlement.

rbajei reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an error in odds has occurred due to a technical fault or data feed error. Players will be notified of any voided bets and their stake will be returned in full.

Disputed Outcomes

If you believe a game outcome or bet settlement is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with the rbajei support team within 72 hours of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this window may not be eligible for review. rbajei's decision on disputed outcomes, made after review of available game logs and provider records, shall be final.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the rbajei platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one rbajei account, whether under the same identity or a different identity, is prohibited.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register, log in, deposit, or wager while under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonuses or promotions through coordinated betting strategies, use of multiple accounts, or misrepresentation of qualifying deposits is prohibited.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit live dealer games through shared information is prohibited.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Depositing funds via stolen payment methods, initiating unjustified chargebacks, or attempting to defraud rbajei through any other financial mechanism is prohibited.
• Automated play: Using software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform is prohibited.
• Money laundering: Using rbajei as a vehicle for laundering funds of criminal origin is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
• Technical exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from an identified technical exploit will be voided.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

rbajei reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory guidance.

Suspension

A suspended account is temporarily restricted from logging in, depositing, placing wagers, and initiating withdrawals. Suspension may be applied while rbajei investigates a suspected breach of these Terms. rbajei will aim to complete any investigation within 14 days and will communicate the outcome to the player via the email address registered on the account.

Account Closure by rbajei

Where an investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms, rbajei may permanently close the account. In such cases, any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Any verified real-money balance that is not connected to the breach may be returned to the player via their registered payment method, at rbajei's discretion.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting rbajei support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, rbajei will process any pending verified withdrawal, remove active bonuses, and disable the account. Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons should request self-exclusion rather than standard closure, as self-exclusion provides additional safeguards against re-registration.

8 Responsible Gaming Obligations

rbajei is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. Player Obligations

• You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that gaming on rbajei is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You confirm that you are not in a self-exclusion period on rbajei or any other platform at the time of registration.
• You agree to use rbajei's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — if your gaming activity begins to cause financial or personal harm.
• You agree not to attempt to circumvent self-exclusion or cooling-off restrictions by registering new accounts or accessing the platform through third-party means.

• Cool-off periods: Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, your account remains open but login and deposits are restricted.
• Self-exclusion: Request a longer exclusion of 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or indefinite duration. Self-excluded accounts are fully deactivated and cannot be reactivated before the exclusion period expires.
